Competent technical counseling

Hardware and software design

When it comes to hardware design, we use the CAE Systems Eplan V5.70 and P8 as well as WsCAD V5.5 and the current WSCad Suite. For the software design, we are most familiar with the PLC Family of Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Pilz, including the safety versions. We are also familiar with the control systems from other manufacturers, such as Bosch, Dold, Mitsubishi and Phoenix Contact. We project the HMIs of the above-mentioned manufacturers, as well as the most common bus systems, such as PROFIBUS – FMS/DP, PROFINET / PROFINETsafe, DEVICENET, Controlnet, Interbus and Safety-Bus (Pilz). With regard to the execution, we strictly follow your provisions, relevant guidelines and standards, as well as the respective specifications.

Switch cabinet construction

When it comes to switch cabinet construction, we manufacture control cabinets, not only on the basis of self-designed circuit diagrams but, of course, also according to individual customer specifications. All the products belonging to the sector of switch cabinet construction are carefully manufactured and tested, in accordance to the relevant provisions.

Putting into operation (commissioning)

Our technicians put your equipment and machines into operation, in a careful and conscientious manner. From the first switch-on to the automatic execution. Together with your plant and mechanical engineering divisions, we optimize the functional sequences, until the required cycle time is obtained. We are also happy to examine your installations and provide expert advice regarding their optimization.

Robotprogramming

The performance of a robot is not defined solely by its mechanics or hardware.
Only the optimum software breathes the necessary "life" into this highly flexible mechatronic system in order to process automated processes with the necessary precision, speed and quality.

Test and measuerement service

More and more system operators are demanding a measurement and documentation of the electrical installation for new systems and after modifications or extensions.
Furthermore, the metrological proof of a proper installation and commissioning for the processing of any warranty or recourse claims is very helpful.

- Test DGUV-V3 UVV
- Test DGUV-V15 EMV
- Test of Profibus

The tests are carried out using special measuring and diagnostic tools and the results for their documentation are presented in a measurement protocol.
